Player Bio:

After crossing the Tasman at the beginning of pre-season in 2021, Nu’u has gone on to become one of the Rebels most consistent players, impressing his new teammates with his physicality, speed and uncanny ability to drive into space.

Having made his Super Rugby debut off the bench during the Rebels’ 2022 season opener in Brisbane, Nu’u has since made an impact immediately. Especially 2022's Round 4 clash against the Brumbies where Nu’u registered a game-high 15 runs, with 5 defenders beaten.

Reflecting on his time in Melbourne, the centre credited the veteran leadership from Reece Hodge and Andrew Kellaway in helping him “find his feet in the professional world” and hit the ground running when his opportunity arrived.
