Player Bio:

Hough is a dynamic flanker possessing a ferocious appetite for contact, with an inherent ability to break opposition lines.

He joins the Rebels sporting a winning pedigree, having led BBC to a remarkable outright GPS Rugby Premiership in 2020, leading to the then eighteen-year-old being selected in a merit World XV schoolboy team.

The strongly built back-rower said he’s excited to reconnect with former BBC teammate Mason Gordon and kick-off his Super Rugby career in the sporting capital of the world.

Who inspires you:

My mum is a big one, she always put me first and knew the aspirations I had in rugby. I would never be here if they didn’t allow me to go through boarding school. So to be that selfless my parents inspire me the most.

In rugby Ardie is my biggest inspiration I’ve tried to follow his game style as he is one of the best in the world.
