COVID Safe Transport Reminders:

Fans driving to the game are encouraged to plan to arrive early as parking on-site and in the area will be in high demand and traffic may be heavier than usual.

Fans travelling by public transport are reminded that services continue to operate at a reduced capacity to maintain physical distancing across the network.

Allow additional travel time and plan ahead by checking real-time capacity indicators where available as you may need to wait for the next service with available physical distancing capacity.

Trains run to and from Broadmeadow every 10 to 15 minutes on weekends and plenty of buses also make stops near the stadium but remember to practise physical distancing when on-board transport services and to look for the ‘green dots’ to find the safest places to sit or stand.

Wearing a face mask while travelling on public transport is also strongly recommended.

Weather:

Fans can expect a pleasant, sunny Spring afternoon with a top of 22 degrees.

The Melbourne Rebels tackle the Western Force on Saturday afternoon at McDonald Jones Stadium, Newcastle at 3 PM.
