You are invited to participate in our survey about your 2022 Melbourne Rebels Super Rugby season experience. Your responses will help guide future fan and member experiences. Please note that some of the questions (as marked *) must be answered to proceed.
In many cases, this will allow the survey to only ask you questions most relevant to your experience.
The survey should take between 8 and 12 minutes to complete and will be available until close of business on Friday 8 July, 2022.
Your participation in this study is voluntary but all members and fans who complete the survey will be eligible to go in the draw to win 2 x tickets to the Melbourne Bledisloe Cup at Marvel Stadium, Thursday 15 September valued at $298.
To enter the competition you will be asked to answer a single question at the end of the survey as well as provide contact details at the end of the survey. The winners will be notified by either phone or email.
